A-Levels Math Masterclass (H1/H2)

H2 Math Masterclass

UPDATE

Thank you for the overwhelming support! Unfortunately, our A-Levels Math Masterclass has now been fully booked. If you’re still keen, individual coaching is still available leading up to the A-Levels. Fill up the form below and our friend A-Level course manager will be in touch with the next steps.

JC2 Intensive A-Level Math Crash Course & Revision

Leading up to the A-Levels, Prep Zone Academy will be conducting weekly Math masterclasses to get JC2 students ready for the exam in November. Curated specially for JC2 students, the A-Levels Math Masterclass serves as a crash course and revision to fully prepare our students for the A-Levels.

*H1 Math students are welcomed to join us as well, especially for Statistics!

What can you expect from the class?

Classes are 3-hour long. Modular in nature, 1-2 topics will be covered in each class. The syllabus has been broken down into 10 weekly classes leading up to the exam.

The first hour will be allocated for revising the topic(s), using specially curated quality notes. These notes are comprehensive & concise, summarising the key concepts that will help students to ace the exam.

The next two hours will be spent on past exam questions. Adapting a flipped classroom concept, students are to attempt the exam questions given beforehand, which will be gone through in class. Students will be provided the fully worked solutions.
The questions have been selected to reflect the trend of questions in recent years. Students are expected to complete them before the class.

Assessment 2021

Mathematics is a basic and important discipline that contributes to the developments and understandings of sciences and other disciplines. It is used by scientists, engineers, business analysts and psychologists, etc. to model, understand and solve problems in their respective fields. A good foundation in mathematics and the ability to reason mathematically are therefore essential for students to be successful in their pursuit of various disciplines.
